At Show Up Living, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing & Product Selection

Please review sizing charts, product details, and color selections carefully before placing your order. Because each item is produced on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selections.

Lost or Delivery Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives with a delivery issue, please contact us and we'll work with our production and shipping partners to help resolve the situation.
